There are only a few steps for Booking your trip and making the payment:

  1. Decide your tour or trek destination and inform us after confirmation. You can see our tours and trek destinations here. If it is not in the list, please inform us so that we can help in any way we can, or make a customized itinerary as per your liking. We can communicate through emails or you can directly contact us. When both the parties agree on the chosen program, we redirect you to the booking form.
  2. The booking form contains details of the trip, date of travel and the information of the travelers. The information is also used for TIMS and other required documents for trekking. After filling the form carefully confirm and continue to the next page for online payment. Final booking requires payment of 10% of the whole cost. After payment of the initial cost you will receive an invoice of your payment.
  3. Further steps will also be communicated through emails and phone calls. In case you need to change the date of departure, you can request another form to fill out the suitable dates. We will let you know if the dates are available. The booking of dates may not be required by some of our programs and is accessible any day of the year, while some programs require a minimum group of people along with a suitable date.
