 Mardi Himal Yoga Trek is now has became More popular for the trekkers specially who in interested in Yoga & Meditation practice & also want to go to base of Himalaya. Yoga & Meditation in himalaya is different experience with different vibes. This route is situated just east part of Annapurna Base Camp trek. The Mardi Himal Yoga trek is like a hidden gem, where you can encounter Different species of birds, wild animals & herbs. This trail goes along small winding curvy paths, through amazing rhododendron forests until you climb out of the forest at an elevation around 3,300 m. The landscape changes quite abruptly into a rugged high mountain landscape, along with amazing views of Mardi Himal, Mt.Machapuchre, Annapurna South and Himchuli. From High Camp (3580 m) you can climb up to Mardi Himal Base Camp in about 3-4 hours, which offers spectacular close up views of the entire Annapurna Range. There are simple guest houses and home-stays along the entire route. Best time to trek this trail is Sep-Dec & Mar-May.

Mardi Himal yoga trek, Our adventure will begin from the Pokhara which is 820m from sea level it is beautifully landscaped town valley, where you can see enchanting mountain range at north. And city is blessed with beautiful lake. where you can roam around. You can find nice restaurants and marts around the lake to chill your eve.

When we embark on our journey towards Himalaya base,every day we have to walk around 3-4 hours on foot trails. where we will encounter varieties of birds, natural water fountains along with varieties of flora and fauna.

Your day will start with yoga. Followed by breakfast.  appetizing yogic vegetarian meals will be served everyday. Then we will move towards the destination.

we will have lunch break at noon, then you may put your doubts and queries regarding yoga and spirituality with our masters. Afterwards we will walk further with enjoying the mesmerizing natural beauty. significance of each area what we come across will be explained to you by our expert guides including history and culture through out the trek.

At eve  we will have mantra chanting, yoga philosophy and guided meditation followed by delicious dinner. Then we can retire.

Day wise Itinerary/ Mardi Himal Yoga Trek

DAY 01 # :

Arrival in Pokhara. (820M), explore lakeside in the evening

Includes – Pick up from Bus station/Airport. Hotel Accomodation.

DAY 02#:

After Breakfast Drive to Kande, Lunch at Pothana. Post lunch-Interaction with yoga seekers. Trek to Deurali, Check into guest house in Deurali. (1900 M/ 4 hrs )

Evening, 5-6 pm – Mantra chanting and guided meditation. Dinner at 7.30 Pm.

Includes – Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & guest house accommodation. Yoga session.

DAY 3# :

Wake up at 5 & classical yoga session. Breakfast at 7.30 . After breakfast heading to Forest Camp (2,540M / 3 Hours) Lunch in Forest camp. Post lunch- Open Q&A session with yoga teachers. Trek to Low Camp (3,035M / 3 Hours) Night stay at Low Camp .

Evening, 5-6 pm –  spiritual philosophy and guided meditation. dinner at 7.30 Pm.

DAY 04#:

Wake up at 5 & classical yoga session . After Breakfast Trek to Badal Dada. Lunch at Badal Dada (3100 M / 3 Hours) post lunch-small spiritual discussion. Then Trek to High Camp (3550 M / 2 hrs).

Evening, 5-6 pm – yoga nidra and guided meditation. Night stay in High camp.

Includes – Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & guest house accommodation. Yoga session.

DAY 05#:

Early Morning 4.30 Hike to Upper View Point along with packed Breakfast. (4,200M/ 3 hrs)  classical yoga session. Around 9 am back to High Camp . (2 Hours) post lunch- small yogic session. After lunch trek to Badal Dada (2 hrs) Rest couple of hours.

Evening, 5-6 pm – yoga philosophy and guided meditation.

DAY 06#:

Wake up at 5 & classical yoga session along with sunrise & beautiful view. This is Probably last day. closing ceremony. Interaction. Breakfast. 10 am trek back to Siding village (2.5 hrs) Lunch. Post lunch-small Q&A session. 3 Pm Drive back to pokhara by jeep (2 hrs.) Check into hotel in Pokhara. Free time you can stroll around fewa Lake.

DAY 7#:

Departure from Pokhara with sweet & beautiful memories.
